Terms of Registration: All cancellations must be made in writing to the congress office CSM. For cancellations received by July 31, 2009 a refund minus a handling fee of 50,00 € will be granted. Cancellations up to August 15, 2009 are entitled to a refund of 50% of fees paid. No refunds can be made after that date.

Hotel Reservation:
All rooms have a private shower & toilet.
Prices are quoted per room per night incl. breakfast and VAT.
Hotels are situated within walking distance to the conference site.

Terms of Hotel Reservation
The hotel reservation service is free of charge for all participants.
Each hotel reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Accommodation including all incidentals should be paid directly at the hotel.
CSM is making the reservation on your behalf. Therefore the contract is effected between the guest and the hotel.
In case of late cancellations the hotels are allowed to charge cancellation fees for each cancelled room / night which
cannot be sold to another guest. In case of any changes or cancellations please inform CSM immediately.
CSM will charge a processing fee of 15,00 EURO per cancelled room. All cancellations have to be made in writing to CSM.

The hotel reservation will be guaranteed by the credit card mentioned above for the registration fee
