Cancellation policy:
Name changes will be effected free of charge.
For all cancellations an administration fee of 50 € (plus 19% VAT) will be charged.
For cancellations received up to and including 31 July 2012 registration fees already paid will be refunded.
For cancellations from 1 August 2012 full payment of the registration fees will be due.
